Open the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. Under the Forwarding section, click Add a forwarding address. Enter your business email address. Click Next, then Continue, and confirm the request. A verification email will be sent to your business email account. Open the message and follow the verification instructions. Return to the Gmail settings page and refresh your browser. Go back to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. Select Forward a copy of incoming mail to and choose your business email address. We recommend selecting Keep Gmail″s copy in the Inbox. If your device runs Android (including Samsung, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, Motorola, OPPO, vivo, Nokia, Sony, OnePlus, Tecno, and other compatible brands), follow these steps to configure your business email account using IMAP. Set Up Your Email Account   1.- Open the Settings app on your Android device. 2.- Tap Accounts, then select Add account. 3.- Choose Email.     4.- Enter your business email address. 5.- Enter your password. 6.- Select Manual setup. 7.- Choose IMAP as the account type.     8.- For the Username field, enter your full email address. 9.- If prompted, re-enter your password. 10.- For the IMAP server, enter your mail server address. For example: mail.yourdomain.com 11.- Select SSL/TLS as the Security type. 12.- If a port number is requested, enter: 993 13.- Tap Next. 14.- For the SMTP server, enter: mail.yourdomain.com 15.- Select SSL/TLS as the Security type. 16.- Enter the SMTP port: 465 17.- Choose your preferred synchronization settings.   Complete the Setup   Tap Next to finish the configuration process. If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can easily configure your business email account using IMAP to access your messages from anywhere. Apple devices include the built-in Mail app, which supports both automatic and manual email account setup.   Follow the instructions below to configure your email account on your iOS device. If your Outlook data file is reaching its storage limit, you can increase its capacity by modifying certain values in the Windows Registry. Steps to Increase the PST File Size 1. Open Run Press: Windows + R 2. Open the Registry Editor Type: regedit and press Enter. 3. Go to the Outlook PST Folder Navigate to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Office/Outlook/PST Use the corresponding version: 15.0: Outlook 2013 and earlier. 16.0: Outlook 2016 and later. 4. Locate the Following Values MaxLargeFileSize WarnLargeFileSize If either of these values does not exist, create it by selecting: New → DWORD (32-bit) Value 5. Modify the Values For MaxLargeFileSize: Base: Decimal Value data: 102400 For WarnLargeFileSize: Base: Decimal Value data: 102000 6. Restart Outlook Close the Registry Editor and reopen Outlook for the changes to take effect. Important: Before making any changes to the Windows Registry, we recommend creating a backup copy of your PST file.
