If you are one of the people who attend to your company affairs virtually, you probably registered an email with a free domain similar to: mycompany@outlook.com, mycompany@gmail.com, or mycompany@yahoo.com. And it is also likely that now that you want to take another level of seriousness to your business, you need to receive all notifications from your old email to your corporate email address. The TecWeb team tells you how you can achieve it.

  • Free domain with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or any other.

If you have an email with a free domain and want to receive all that information to your business email, you can redirect it, and TecWeb will help you do it. We work with SMTP email connections, a simple mail transfer protocol that allows you to authenticate and transfer the emails you send.

Virtually email-free providers such as Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo work with that connection and work with the POP3 and IMAP protocols to receive the information from an email server to a smart device or computer.

How can you redirect your emails to your business email account?

  • With Outlook Mail, you need to do these steps:

    4. Select Enable Forwarding, enter the forwarding email address, and select Save.

  • With Gmail Mail, you need the following:
