• Forwarding Emails from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and Other Providers

If you″re switching from a free email account to a custom business email address, you can set up automatic email forwarding so that every new message is delivered to your business inbox.

Our email services support SMTP for sending email, as well as IMAP and POP3 for receiving and synchronizing messages across your devices.

• How to Forward Emails from Outlook

1. 1. Open Outlook and click Settings.
   2. Select View all Outlook settings.
   3. Go to Mail > Forwarding.
   4. Enable forwarding.
   5. Enter the email address where you want your messages forwarded.
   6. Click Save.

• How to Forward Emails from Gmail

1. 1. Sign in to the Gmail account you want to forward messages from.
   2. Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.
   3. Select See all settings.
   4. Open the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
   5. Under the Forwarding section, click Add a forwarding address.
   6. Enter your business email address.
   7. Click Next, then Continue, and confirm the request.
   8. A verification email will be sent to your business email account. Open the message and follow the verification instructions.
   9. Return to the Gmail settings page and refresh your browser.
   10. Go back to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
   11. Select Forward a copy of incoming mail to and choose your business email address.
   12. We recommend selecting Keep Gmail″s copy in the Inbox.
   13. Click Save Changes.

• How to Forward Emails from Yahoo Mail

1. 1. Open Yahoo Mail and click Settings.
   2. Select More Settings.
   3. Click Mailboxes.
   4. Choose your primary email account.
   5. Under Forwarding, enter the email address where you want your messages delivered.
   6. Click Verify.
   7. Sign in to your forwarding email account and follow the verification instructions sent by Yahoo
