If your device runs Android (including Samsung, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, Motorola, OPPO, vivo, Nokia, Sony, OnePlus, Tecno, and other compatible brands), follow these steps to configure your business email account using IMAP.

Set Up Your Email Account
1.- Open the Settings app on your Android device.
2.- Tap Accounts, then select Add account.
3.- Choose Email.

4.- Enter your business email address.
5.- Enter your password.
6.- Select Manual setup.
7.- Choose IMAP as the account type.

8.- For the Username field, enter your full email address.
9.- If prompted, re-enter your password.
10.- For the IMAP server, enter your mail server address. For example: mail.yourdomain.com
11.- Select SSL/TLS as the Security type.
12.- If a port number is requested, enter: 993
13.- Tap Next.
14.- For the SMTP server, enter: mail.yourdomain.com
15.- Select SSL/TLS as the Security type.
16.- Enter the SMTP port: 465
17.- Choose your preferred synchronization settings.
Complete the Setup
Tap Next to finish the configuration process. Once your account has been verified, your email will begin syncing automatically, allowing you to send and receive messages from your Android device.
