If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can easily configure your business email account using IMAP to access your messages from anywhere. Apple devices include the built-in Mail app, which supports both automatic and manual email account setup.
Follow the instructions below to configure your email account on your iOS device.

Automatic Setup
If your email account is hosted by iCloud, Google, Yahoo, or another supported email provider, you can configure it automatically using the Mail app.
Steps for Automatic Setup
1.- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2.- Tap Mail, then Accounts.

3.- Tap Add Account.
4.- Select your email provider.
5.- Enter your email address and password.
6.- Tap Next and wait while Mail verifies your account.
7.- Once the verification is complete, tap Save.

Manual Setup
If your email provider is not listed, you can add your account manually.
1.- Open Settings.
2.- Go to Mail > Accounts.
3.- Tap Add Account.

4.- Select Other.
5.- Tap Add Mail Account.
6.- Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for the account.
7.- Tap Next to continue.
If Mail can automatically detect your server settings, your account will be configured and ready to use.

IMAP Configuration
If the Mail app cannot automatically detect your email settings, you can complete the setup manually using IMAP.
Steps for IMAP Setup
1.- Select IMAP as the account type.
2.- Enter the incoming mail server (IMAP) information: mail.mydomain.com
3.- Enter the outgoing mail server (SMTP) information: mail.mydomain.com

4.- Verify that all server details are correct.
5.- Tap Next, then tap Save to complete the setup.
If any of the information is incorrect, iOS will prompt you to update the settings before your account can be activated.
