  • Late or Missed Payments

 

When you sign up for a TecWeb service, your account representative will provide your monthly payment due date. Depending on when your service was activated, your billing cycle may close on either the 1st or the 15th of each month.

 

To avoid service interruptions, we recommend submitting your payment before the due date.

 

 

  • Sending Spam or Misusing Email Services

 

Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or misusing your email accounts may result in the suspension of your service. In addition to damaging your domain″s email reputation, these activities can pose security risks to recipients and compromise the integrity of your communications.

 

 

  • Violation of the Terms and Conditions
